SHAHI MUSHROOM CURRY


Shahi mushroom is a typical Indian recipe that is cooked with button mushroom & shahi garam masala. This mushroom dish is served with chapattis or rice.

The detailed recipe process is given below

INGREDIENT

Button Mushroom - 200 gm, Onion - 1 cup chopped
Garlic & Ginger Paste - 2 table spoon
Tomato Puree - 1/3 cup
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Oil/Ghee, Kasoori Methi - 2 tsp
Coconut Milk ½ cup
Fresh cream - 1/3 cup

PROCESS

Cut the mushrooms into quarters
Grind onion & ginger & garlic to a paste
Heat oil or ghee at the paste, mixed well
Add tomato puree & salt & turmeric & chilli powder
Boiled the mushrooms and pour the water
Add the mushrooms with the paste
Mixed well, add coconut milk, ½ cup water
Cover the pan
Cook for 5 minutes
Add kasoori methi
Cook for 2 minutes
