Shahi Korma is a famous mughlai cuisine. This spicy and creamy Indian mutton curry recipe is very delicious to taste.

The detailed recipe process is given below :-


Mutton pieces 400 gm
Brown onion paste 1 cup (fry slices onions golden brown and make a paste)
Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Shah jeera paste 1 tsp
Poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp
Coconut milk ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Garam masala powder ( nutmeg 1/4, mace 3, clove 3, cinnamon 2, Cardamom 2 grind together)
Kewra water 2 tbsp
Ghee ½ cup


Boil the mutton in presser cooker till it becomes 80% tender (approximately 3 or 4 whishes )
Heat ghee, add brown onion paste,Garlic and Ginger paste and red chilli powder
Add mutton pieces and stir well
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
Add Shah jeera paste, poppy seeds paste, Garam masala powder and salt
Add coconut milk, Milk
Cover the pan for 5 minutes
Add cream and Kewra water
