Sewian is very famous Indian dessert prepared with milk. It has heavenly aroma and taste.

Given below the detailed recipe processes :-


Milk 500 gm
Vermicelli 250 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Khoya kheer (dried whole milk) 50 gm
Saffron dissolved in hot milk 1 tbsp
Kewra essence 1 tbsp
Cashew nut paste 3 tbsp
Silver leaves 2 (optional
Dasi ghee 7 tbsp
Green cardamom powder 1 tbsp


Heat 5 tbsp ghee, break and fry the vermicelli
Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add cashew nut paste and stir well
Add boiled milk , sugar and khoya and mix well
Stir occasionally until the proportion becomes half
Add vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes
Add saffron, green cardamom powder and kewra essence
Garnish with silver leaves
