RAJMA MASALA RECIPE - RED KIDNEY BEANS RECIPE


Given below the complete recipe processes :-

INGREDIENT

Boiled Rajma 250 gm
Tomato chopped 1 cup
Ginger past 2 tbsp
Red chilli paste 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Jeera (cumin) powder 2 tsp
Dhaniwa (Coriander) powder 1 tbs
Corinder leave 1 cup chopped
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tamarine past 1/2 cup
Rosted cumin & mathi seed few
Oil 4/5 tbsp.

PROCESS

Heat oil, add cumin & mathi seeds
Add ginger & red chilli paste
Add jeera, dhaniwa, salt & turmeric powder
Add rajma, mix very well
Cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes
Add 1 cup water, tamarine past, sugar to taste
Cover the pan, increase the heat, cook for 3/4 minutes
Add garam masala & corinder leave
