How to prepare tasteful fish Kalia


Today I will give some useful tips for preparing delicious fish kalia. It is an Indian dish.

Given below the detailed ingredients required for this recipe

INGREDIENT

8 pieces of Carp or King fish (each 100 gm)
ghee 200gm
onion chopped 200gm
Ginger paste 200 gm
garlic paste 20 gm
turmeric 1 tea spoon
dry rose petal,1 cinnamon, 2 cardamon, 2 cloves
Curd 100 gm
red chilli powder 1 tea spoon

PROCESS

Wash the fish
Paste cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, rose petal
Heat the ghee
Fry onion till golden brown
Add ginger, garlic past, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder Leave for few minutes
Add water, curd and fish
Cover the pan
Leave for 10 minutes
Add cinnamon cardamom paste and garnish with rose petals
