HOW TO PREPARE RAVA


This is a popular South Indian Recipe specifically prepared for vegetarian people. It has good nutrition value.

Given below details of ingredients required.

INGREDIENT

Boiled & mashed potato of 2 big sizes
Atta 2 cup
Chatu 2 cup
Mayda 2 cup
Chopped onion & green chilli & corinder leave
Rosted jeera seed & ajwain, Lime juice 2 tbsp, Salt to test, Ghee or oil 1 cup.

PROCESS

Mix all ingredient well
Add water if needed
Make small balls from the ingredients
Flat the balls manually
Brush oil or ghee over the each rawa
Toast the rawa
