HOW TO COOK FISH PULAO


This recipe is for those who prefer fish and avoid meat due to health concerns. Fish pulao contains a good nutrition value. It is also easy to cook.

INGREDIENT

Basmati rice 2 cup
King fish 500 gm ( 8 pieces )
Coconut milk 1 cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
Vertically chopped 5/6 Green chillies
Sha jeera 1/2 tsp, Bay leaf 1
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Oil 5 tbsp
Garam masala paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp

PROCESS

Wash rice and drain the water properly, boil the rice for 10 minutes, drain the water again, mix salt with the rice
Wash the fish & fry in medium heat, keep aside
Fry onion & keep aside
Heat oil, add sha jeera, bay leaf
Add ginger paste and fry for 1 minute
Add rice & fish, coconut milk, tomato puree Cover the pan, cook for 10 minutes Add chili & garam masala paste Add fried onion, serve with Indian curry.
