An ideal recipe for hot summer. This cold, frozen dessert recipe will be liked by the kids and chocolate loving people.

To prepare this simple dish, few ingredients are required. I am using ready-made dark chocolate but you can use coco powder instead of it. Regular chocolate can be used also.


Cow milk or double toned milk – 5 cups
Dark chocolate or regular chocolate bar – 250 gm
Gelatin – 4 tbsp socked in ½ cup water
Sugar – ½ cup
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Chocolate chip biscuits/ cookies – 100 gm


Take a heavy bottom pan, pour milk and bring to boil
Add sugar, stirring continuously
Break the chocolate bar into medium pieces
Add with milk, simmer the gas and again stirring continuously
When the chocolate melts properly, add corn flour, stir well with a spatula so that no lump formed, remove from fire and keep aside
Sock gelatin in ½ cup water for 10 minutes
Heat on very low flame to melt gelatin
Add the hot mixture with hot chocolate milk
Let the mixture come to the room temperaturet
Keep the pudding mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes to set partially and become thick
Take dessert glasses , fill the mixture ½ of each glass
Break a chocolate chip biscuit into ½
Top with the biscuits
You can garnish with cream and put each glass in freezer to set
