STUFFED TOMATO PASTA


INGREDIENT

Hard and big size tomato 3
Boiled penne pasta 1 cup
Boiled green peas ½ cup
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
finely chopped jalapenos ½ tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
Oregano and salt to taste.

PROCESS

Wash tomatoes and rub salt on it, leave for 10 minutes
Cut tomato from the middle and make two halves
Bring out tomato seeds and juice with a spoon and make a pocket inside the tomato, keep aside
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic paste and jalapenos and tomato seeds and juice, toss well
Add pasta and peas, salt and oregano, in a high flame toss well
Add cheese and remove from the heat
Put that pasta stuffing inside the tomato
Stem tomatoes for 10/ 15 minutes
