Capsicum is a good source of vitamin C and A, both are powerful and good antioxidant. It helps to prevent heart diseases and asthma.


Finely chopped mushrooms 1 cup
Mashed Paneer/tofu 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup grated
Salt to taste
Refine oil 2 tsp
Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
Big size red capsicum 4


Cut capsicum from the head and remove the sides
Heat oil and add ginger and garlic paste, saute well
Add mushrooms and paneer, high the flame and fry the mixture well
Add salt and sugar
Add paprika powder and lemon juice
Make a dry mixture
Keep the mixture inside each capsicum
Spread cheese and mint leaves over each one
Keep in microwave oven for 5 minutes in high
Serve with fried rice or garlic bread
