NUT CAKE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE


INGREDIENT

Peanut 400 gm
Cashew nuts 200 gm
Almond 200 gm
Sugar ½ cup
Honey 2 cups
Condensed milk 1 cup
white chocolate 2 cups ( cube )
2 tbsp sugar for garnishing

PROCESS

Soak almond in water and remove the peels
Melt the chocolate
Make a ruff paste of all nuts and sugar
Heat a pan, add the mixture
Stir well, add condensed milk and honey
Mix well and remove from the heat
Spread the mixture over a round shape plate
Using a knife spread the mixture finely
Pour melted chocolate over the preparation
Heat a pan add the 2 tbsp sugar
When sugar start to karamilize remove from the heat immediately
Spread sugar over the cake
Let the preparation cool in deep freezer
