FISH FRITTATA


It is an egg cake, prepared with bacon, tofu, mushroom etc. I prefer fish according to Indian test.

INGREDIENT


Bone less fish filet 4 ( 50 gm)
Finely chopped onion 1 cup
Finely chopped tomato 1 cup
Garlic paste ½ tbsp
Few rosemary and thyme
Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
Hen or duck egg 5/6
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp

PROCESS

Marinate fish filet with salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes
Wash the fish filet and boil
Take a oven proved heavy bottom pan
Heat oil in that pan, add garlic paste and onion
Fry lightly and add tomato, paprika powder, rosemary and thyme
Add mashed fish filet and salt
Stir repeatedly so that the fish mixture become dry and brown
Add half cup cheese
Beat the eggs finely and add with the fish mixture
Stir properly so that the eggs mix with the mixture
Add remaining cheese and place the pan in oven
Bake in 200 degree temperature for 10 to 15 minutes
