CHICKEN SALAMI ROLL WITH HOT TOMATO GRAVY


The one of the exclusive recipe of salami roll is delicious to taste and presentable for guest table.

INGREDIENT

Chicken Salami 250 gm
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 2 (dice cut)
Green capsicum 1 (dice cut)
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Refine oil 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

INGREDIENT FOR DOUGH

All purpose flour 2 cups
Baking soda 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Refine oil 4 tbsp
Milk or water as per require to make a tight dough

INGREDIENT FOR TOMATO GRAVY

Medium size tomato 2 (cut in round shape)
Tomato puree ½ cups
Mexican salsa sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Red chili paste 2 tsp
Corn flour dissolved in 1 cup water
Refine oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste

PROCESS

Chopped salami finely
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste
Fry for few seconds, add onion and capsicum and lightly saute
Add salami, salt and pepper powder, cook for 2 minutes
Add tomato sauce and keep aside the mixture

PROCESS FOR DOUGH

Mix baking soda and salt with flour
Add 2 tbsp oil and milk or water gradually to get a dough, keep aside for 20 minutes
Make 4 equal balls and roll out each, use a little flour to get a thin round
Heat a tawa or fry pan and add little oil, roast the roll in both side, add little oil often
In the one side of the roll spread the salami filling and fold the roll by your fingers
Keep the rolls aside

PROCESS FOR TOMATO GRAVY

Heat oil in a pan and add chili paste
Add salsa sauce and tomato puree, stir well
Add sugar and salt again stir, now add corn flour- water and tomatoes
Stir constantly so that no lump form
Get a medium thick gravy
Pour the gravy over the rolls
