PRAWN IN HONEY & LEMON SAUCE


INGREDIENT

Medium size prawn 400 gm
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Sweet & sour sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Honey ½ cup
Lime juice ½ cup
Babycorns 200 gm cut into small pieces
Oil ½ cup

PROCESS

Remove the shells of prawn & black string of head, wash properly
Boil the babycorns
Heat oil, lightly fries the prawns, and keep aside
Again heat the remaining oil, add garlic paste and fry for few seconds
Add babycorns & fry well
Add salt & prawns, and add 1/2 cup water
Cover the pan & cook for 5 minutes
Add other ingredients & cook for 1 minute
