Tomato finely chopped 1 cup
Carrot finely chopped ½ cup
Cauliflower chopped 1/2 cup
Cabbage finely chopped ½ cup
Vegetable stock 4 cups
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Chilli oil 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp dissolved in ½ cup water
Some mint leaves
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste


Heat oil, add garlic paste and stir fry
Add vegetables and salt
Cook for 5 minutes
Add Vegetable stock and soya and oyster sauce
Cover the pan, cook for 10 minutes
Add ginger and mint leaves
Add corn flour mixture and pepper
Cook for 3 minutes, add chilli oil
Serve as starter
