CHICKEN SWEET CORN SOUP


INGREDIENT

Chicken 100 gm
Sweet corn 1 tin
White portion of egg 2
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Vineger 1 tbsp
Azinamoto ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp

PROCESS

Beat the white portion of eggs
Marinate the chicken with salt & vinegar, keep for 3 hours
Boil the chicken and keep the stock ( 3 cups)
Remove chicken stripes from bones
Make a paste of sweet corn
Keep the pan on gas oven, add all ingredients, except white portion of egg & Black pepper powder
Boil the water for 5 minutes
Add Black pepper powder & white portion of eggs & stir well
