BROCCOLI IN HOT MUSTARD AND GARLIC SAUCE


INGREDIENT

Pre boil Broccoli florets 2 cups
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

INGREDIENT FOR GRAVY

Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oriental sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salary chopped 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp.

PROCESS

Add Corn flour and salt with broccoli
Mix well and lightly fry, keep aside
Heat oil, add Garlic paste, Red chilli paste and stir well
Add Vinegar, Salary and all sauces
Add salt and broccoli, toss well
