AMERICAN CHOPSUEY NOODLES RECIPE


It is a crispy noodle prepared with chicken and a tangy sauce which give it a mouth watering taste

INGREDIENT

Noodle 200 gm
Chicken 200 gm, cut into 10/12 pieces
Bean sprouts 1 cup (optional)
Parboiled French beans 1 cup, cut in long strips
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Shredded red or green cabbage 1 cup
Parboiled carrot 1 cup, dice cut
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

INGREDIENT FOR TANGY SAUCE

Sweet chilli sauce 3 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chopped salary 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp

PROCESS

Boil noodles with 6 cups water and 2 tbsp oil
When noodles become parboil, drain out the water and wash the noodles with cold water so the farther cooking procedure stop
Leave the noodles for 1 hour so that it becomes dry or you can spread it on clean kitchen towel to soak the water
Heat oil in high flame and fry small quantities of noodles at a time
Remove it on kitchen paper
Heat oil and add chicken pieces, add salt and cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
Add ginger paste and all vegetables, cook for 5 minutes
Add noodles and salt, fry well and keep aside

AMERICAN CHOPSUEY (NOODLES RECIPE)

PROCESS FOR TANGY SAUCE

Mix all sauces and water, cook for few minutes
Add corn flour and sugar, stir well
Pour the sauce on the noodles
